The Reproductive Freedom Fund was founded in 2019 by a group of Granite Staters who wanted to make a simple but urgent promise: no one in our state should be forced to carry a pregnancy because they can't afford care. Since then, we've built something more powerful than we ever imagined.
What started as a small group of people refusing to accept injustice has grown into a statewide network of volunteers, donors, clinic partners, and patients who believe that abortion is healthcare and that everyone deserves access.

When the Reproductive Freedom Fund of New Hampshire was founded in 2019, our name reflected that work we wanted to do - but our work has grown. We fund abortion care. We support trans people accessing gender-affirming care. We connect people with emergency contraception and other resources. We build community care networks. We invest in people’s ability to make decisions about their own bodies and lives.But the common thread has always been the same: People deserve the freedom and resources to make decisions about their own bodies and the support to make those decisions possible.
Our new name gives us room to hold all of that work together.

Live Free
reflects our home and our belief that freedom should be something people can actually experience, not simply something promised to them.
Autonomy
names what we are fighting for: the ability to make decisions about our bodies, our health, our families, and our futures.
Collective
reflects how we do the work: together, through community care, mutual aid, organizing, and shared responsibility.
This is more than a new name: it is a clearer expression of what we have always been building.

Repro Fund: Removing financial barriers to abortion care and helping people access the care they need, when they need it.
Trans Care Fund: Providing direct financial support and building pathways to gender-affirming care for trans people across New Hampshire.
Care Commons: Building a statewide network of community partners that make essential reproductive and sexual health resources more accessible.
Together, these programs are part of a larger vision: a new hampshire where autonomy is something we make possible for one another.
